Our approach uses the data in your customer databases, together with appended data from additional sources like Dun and Bradstreet. We use statistical modeling combined with constrained optimization to ensure that your customers are not overwhelmed with cross sell suggestions, and that these suggestions come at timely milestones in the customer life cycle (i.e. trigger points) to maximize the likelihood of sale.
